Positive: Our host, Dijana was absolutely fantastic in every way, she was there to meet us at the property and we had a very warm welcome from her. She took us through the villa and clearly explained everything. She had also provided a welcome pack for us, with some luxury foods and bus tickets to get us started. The villa was absouletely spotless and has been maintained to very high standards, everything worked perfectly. Even before our arrival the communications that we had from Dijana ensured that our transfer from the airport ran seamlessly and smoothly ensuring that we were relaxed from the very start. At the villa Dijana had thought of everything, from providing BBQ charcoal and lighters, to beach towels. The attention to detail to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable went above and beyond our expectations by a considerable amount.
Negative: Nothing, it would be impossible to improve on any aspect. Everything had been thought of.
Summary: Fantastic, we wanted for nothing and we had the best host in the world.
