Villa Serenity is a magnificent modern holiday home with a private pool. It is between Argaka and Polis Chrysochous, near a private sandy beach. The villa is part of BF Limni Sandy-beach Villas complex.
Occupants can enjoy the ultimate comfort of a modern home away from home. In addition to the absolute comfort and luxury, the property offers a sunny pool (9 x 4 m), beautiful gardens, air-conditioned bedrooms, and options for hiking along the nearby beach.
Serenity extends on three levels and is spacious for a family or party of six persons.
Layout
The main entrance opens onto an airy space with a front balcony consisting of a modern lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable dining facilities.
There are two staircases alongside the kitchen area that lead to the upper level and the basement and a twin bedroom with a family shower/WC.
The upper level features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a front balcony with stunning distant sea views, shared with the second double bedroom on this level also features an en-suite shower/WC.
The staircase's extension from this level leads to the roof terrace, which can only be available on request (for children protection). The views from this part of the house are incredible, as well as the breathtaking sunsets at the far end of the bay.
The basement is only for storage properties that will serve the property.
Pool and Terraces
The lovely private pool is surrounded by greeneries and flowers, located on the right-hand side of the courtyard. Its sunny terraces are stone paved and equipped with all the necessary facilities for an absolute san-tan or relaxation.
To the side and at the back of the pool has cleverly been established a BBQ with alongside working surface, for anyone who would wish to try his cooking skills whilst away from home.
Location
In front of the villa, a small driveway and then a cemented path leads to a beautiful private beach with free sun beds and opportunities for fishing, hiking, or admiring sea turtles that nest on this beach to lay their eggs. Villa Serenity is peculiar for its unique privileged position and its incomparable comfort, specifically to nature enthusiasts.
