As you unwind poolside, you’ll have your choice of seating, whether a lounge chair under the shade of an umbrella, cushioned lounge seating in the sunshine, or a spot at the café table on the covered patio. Fire up the BBQ grill for al fresco dining, and turn on the pool lights to enjoy your haven all evening.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Upon entering this home, you’ll be welcomed into a cozy living room with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, sliding doors to the balcony, and a double-sided fireplace, the perfect place to relax and play board games with your favorites. You’ll find the library through glass doors, where you’re welcome to borrow a book during your stay (just please be sure to return it for the next guests). Curl up in a chair by the fire with your next read, or head onto the balcony to enjoy the Palm Springs sunshine.
As you venture through the house, stunning artwork draws your eye, and Southwestern touches add to the design. Through the next archway, the formal dining room hosts a table set for six and plenty of sunshine streaming in through sliding glass doors. Beyond the dining room, an expansive kitchen awaits. It’s fully equipped with double ovens, lots of counter space, and all the small appliances you might need. The space extends into an alcove with the sweetest workspace and views of the pool.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Luxuriate in the serenity of three spacious bedrooms set apart from the living spaces. On the home's main level, double doors at the end of the hall lead to the enormous primary suite. You’ll love the comfortable King bed, seating area, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, and two sets of sliding glass doors leading to the backyard. Just outside the primary suite’s doors is a bar perfect for nightcaps and direct access to the pool area.
Also on the main level is a Queen suite with outdoor access and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower for additional privacy.
Downstairs, the third bedroom features two full beds, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the front yard. There is also a washer and dryer room and a half-bath near the kitchen for your convenience.
