The ground floor offers a private, heated 7,5m x 4m swimming pool with sundeck area with 6 lounge chairs, a traditional summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table, another dining area is in shade under a big, old fig tree next to a covered fun area with table tennis, table soccer, orbitrack, and exercise bike, you also have a toilet and shower at this level. On the ground floor is an additional bedroom for two persons with a mini kitchen connected with the mentioned bathroom. It can be like a mini apartment on the ground floor. The first floor offers: fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with TV, a fireplace, and an exit to a spacious terrace on the south side with a view of the village and valley. Bedroom No.1 has a double bed 180 x 200 cm, sofa bed 90 x 200 m, bathroom en-suite with shower, and a small terrace. Bedroom No.2 with double bed 160 x 200 cm. Bedroom No.3 with single bed and bunk bed (3 sleeping places 90 x 200) with exit to terrace (that is connected to terrace of the living room). Family bathroom with spacious bathtub, and a toilet, both in the hall between bedrooms.
