This 4 bedroom Villa is a perfect getaway for a family . From the huge partially covered terras (70 m2) you have a 180 degree ocean view.
On walking distance you will find Mambo Beach with the many restaurants and beach bars like Hemmingway, Chill and many more. Mambo Beach offers different activities like the famous “Dolphin Academy”, a diving school, gym, spa, sauna, shops, a casino at Sunscape Hotel and the new boardwalk.
The house has 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 3 bathrooms, a spacious front terrace covering the whole length of the house, a large living room and an open kitche with bar. The house is equipped with TV (Netflix) and free WiFi internet.
The open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, combi- microwave, large (American) refrigerator with freezer, coffee-maker and all cooking ware and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine. The house is best suited for 8 guests. On request a bed for a child (max 3 years old) can be added.
One (master) bedroom has a walk-in closed with bathroom including bath. The other 2 bedrooms are of equal size and have 2 single (box spring) beds each (two adjoined mattresses). The 2nd and 3th bedrooms joins one bathroom with shower, double sink and toilette.
There is a 4th bedroom with it's own bathroom. If the reservation is for more than 6 people this is for free otherwise an additional charge will be valid. There's a large shared resort swimming pool with palappa’s and sunbeds for the ultimate relaxing. The distance from the house to the swimming pool is close which makes it easy for babies to sleep as you can relax at the pool. The property has a partial ocean, pool view and garden view.
This is a self-catered property: the basics are available like bed- bath linen, 2 towels per person, and by arriving toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap-tabs, sponge, . The cost for electricity will be 0.50 per KwH, meter readings are taken at check in and check out.
There is an apartment at the side of the house with it's own entrance and private parking. The house is built in such a way that the house (and the apartment) have complete privacy. You will experience the stay in the villa as a completely detached house
