The villa is large and spacious, 240m2 on 2 floors, with air conditioning and plenty of terraces and garden space, as well as a private pool. There are also marked hiking trails nearby. Upper floor has a wide living room and splendid dining room with large windows looking out over the orange groves and the sea. The lower floor has a well equipped library and music room, and areas for table games. It also has a bathroom and large workshop area. The garden, of 1120m2 structured in the traditional terraces of the region, has mature pines and a lot of fruit trees and flowers.
