Positive: I've stayed here about 6 times and I think I will stay there again. The house was mordern, spacious and professionally decorated. There is a lot going for for Fallsway Villas. The location is perfect, near most amenities and Lusaka's best shopping mall, Eastpark. The property is one of several in a gated community with 24 hour security. The house itself was specious with 3 bedrooms and two lounges. There is a private swimming pool available but unfortunately water is always cold as it is not heated (heated pools are rare in Zambia). Zambia is currently going through severe powercuts lasting an average of 16 hours a day when there is no electricity. However, during our stay, Fallsway had power all the time. There is also free WIFI which actually works. I was able to catch up with work no problem.
Negative: A few signs of wear and tear that need fixing but this should not take away from a great experience.
Summary: Well worth the price
