Vintage 77 is a classic family-friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront cottage that sits on the beautiful shores of Roblin Lake. Enjoy the simple pleasures of getting away with a dock, canoe, firebowl and outdoor seating. With Wellington only a 15 minute drive away, you are close to restaurants shops and wineries while still feeling secluded and private. There is also a nearby park and ball diamond within a short driving distance.
May be rented along with Roblin Lake Escape for a total occupancy of 10 guests plus additional children (age 9 and under).
A five minute walk or canoe between the properties! Fun for the whole family. Walk into the cottage and you immediately feel at home. The living room has a picture window onto the wooded back yard and water beyond with seating for the whole family. Through the living space you will find an open concept kitchen, dining, lounge area where you can prepare your meals while still enjoying the company of others. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making this space a great option for family getaways!

Access the waterfront via stairs and dock. The bottom is sand and rocks. There is no beach at the property but is located nearby at Roblin Lake Park. Enjoy the dock for swimming, sunbathing, boating or fishing. Complimentary canoe and adult PFDS (4) are provided. Please bring PFDs for children.
DOGS ALLOWED: A flat fee of $100 plus fees and taxes (where applicable) is charged for up to 2 dogs per stay. PLEASE ASK AND LET US KNOW BREED.
A propane BBQ is available for your use and propane is provided for your stay.

In high season (Canada Day to Labour Day) different check-in/out times are strictly non-negotiable. Early Access to drop off belongings or to get the beach pass cannot be granted, no exceptions. A fee of $200 will apply for those who arrive early or depart late. In other seasons, reach out to your Host NO SOONER THAN 2 BUSINESS DAYS in advance of your stay to see if early in/late out might be possible. Guests may use the park pass only for the duration of their stay, not prior to check-in or after check-out.
