3 Bedroom House in Rossmoor

We know you will enjoy our community and proximity to it all! This short term rental is more than a house, it’s a home. My husband and I are teachers and have the privilege to travel together with our kids. Our home is available during the summer months, winter and spring breaks and certain weekends.
There is so much to do in beautiful Rossmoor. It will be hard to get it all in:). Seal Beach(the hidden jewel which hasn't changed a bit) is only 4.8 miles down the road. Huntington Beach and Long Beach (Queen Mary and The Aquarium) are about ten minutes away. Long Beach airport is about 15 minutes from our home. South Coast Plaza, Disneyland, California Adventures, Downtown Disney, the ESPN Zone, Anaheim Convention Center, Crystal Cathedral, The Block at Orange (outdoor mall) are all about 15-20 minutes away. Movie theaters, UCI Medical Center, and LA Fitness Center, Anaheim Angels Edison Field and Amtrak Train Station. 20 minutes to John Wayne Airport. 25 minutes to Knotts Berry Farm, Wax Museum, Medieval Times, Wild Bills Extravaganza, Los Alamitos Race Track, Just 45 minutes to LAX Airport, Universal Studios, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Pasadena, Santa Monica are about 40 minutes away. Malibu is about an hour away. Temecula is a fantastic area for wine tasting. Ninety minutes to San Diego, Sea World, and Legoland. Ninety minutes to Big Bear Mountain. For the island enthusiast, the Catalina Island Express leaves daily from San Pedro Harbor (25 minutes away) where one can enjoy the day in Avalon. Snorkeling, water sports, or boating during the day or at night on special sunset cruises are just a few of the incredible attractions offered.
Locally,there is also a lot of golf to be played! (My husband is a great resource as he plays religiously so please inquire if needed!) There is a park around the block, restaurants and shops a mile away. This charming upscale neighborhood called Rossmoor has much to offer. Look up Rossmoor, southern Ca for more information. It's a true neighborhood feel with warm neighbors, tennis and basketball courts in the neighborhood and resources galore!You can walk down the street to dinner, ice cream, shops, the local library, cooking classes, spa, get your nails done, hair done, take a stroll to the park, see a concert or movie in the park...... you will not be bored:) We love our friendly and beautiful neighborhood.
All cookware, dishes, towels, linens/bedding, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, baby playpen, and some toiletries are included.

Summary: We stayed here through Christmas and New Year's Day...it was lovely! The owners were so responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The backyard was great for outdoor play and the park is within walking distance. We made some suggestions at the end of our stay which they have implemented. Highly recommended!!
