Positive: The condo was immaculately clean - just sparkling. It was well supplied with beach gear, including a variety of snorkeling equipment. And it is the only condo we have ever rented that had decent knives (I like to cook, especially when there's wonderful local produce, fish and meat available.)
Negative: There was an initial glitch about the internet. We had been provided with two different sets of user names and passwords, neither of which worked. A Vacasa person worked with us for several hours and we finally figured out that the user name/password combo was the one on the laminated sheet in the notebook. It is now written on the back of that sheet. As a side note - not a Vacasa or Booking.com responsibility - the grill areas at the pool are getting pretty shabby. We've been coming to this complex foreclose to 20 years and I think they haven't been refreshed in that time.
