Captain Gosnold Village offers classic Cape Cod cottages situated on four acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. Captain Gosnold Village is the perfect destination for vacations, family reunions, and wedding parties. We are family-oriented and do our best to meet the needs of the youngest to the oldest. We offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to twenty-first century guests.
We are committed to responsible hosting. We use smart home technology to ensure the comfort and quiet enjoyment of guests and residents in the community. The smart monitor may measure decibel levels, motion, temperature, humidity, the number of Bluetooth enabled devices, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The smart monitor is 100% privacy-safe and cannot capture audio, photos, videos, personally identifiable information, or monitor data on the internet. The monitor cannot listen to conversations or sounds and it does not have a camera.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, pool renovations will be taking place in 2023. The start and completion dates are unknown at this time and we expect some noise during the project.

Captain Gosnold Village is ideally nestled between picturesque Hyannis Port and the vibrant atmosphere of Hyannis Harbor with its island ferries, sightseeing and fishing charters. These classic Cape Cod cottages are situated on four lush acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. The property is family-oriented and offers the perfect relaxation of "Old Cape Cod". Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Main Street is only a mile away, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night-life.
This 3-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom cottage has lawn space, air-conditioning, a large private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Two bedrooms have 2 double beds each and a TV. The third bedroom has a king-size bed with a twin size trundle bed. The fully-equipped kitchen features a gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offers plenty of seating. The cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults.

This property has professional cleaners and supervisors of cleaners who follow strict guidelines and protocols designed to prevent the spread of diseases and flu. Summary: We’re staying in 3 bedrooms cottage, 17 ABC. Cottage was clean. Has windows air conditioner in each bedroom and leaving room and calling fans. Beds semi comfortable, we found mattresses soft for us. Walking distance to all 3 beaches, within 5-15 min. Would be plus to have washer and dryer. Will consider to come back.
