Positive: Proximity to beach was excellent. Was very clean and updated. The host company, Rebecca to be specific, was very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Guest upstairs had young child who was very loud very early in the mornings for 2 days. Mattress on pullout is in need of being replaced.
Summary: Would stay and recommend over and over again!
