A comfortable 2nd floor apartment within walking distance to town to enjoy local restaurants, breweries, antique & thrift shops, walking trails, parks, rivers and more! All of the best of the White Mountains at your doorstep. This is an established building with some longer-term tenants, and we ask that all guests are respectful of existing guests. Most suitable for a 2 adult persons occupancy. We are on Union Street and have a front row spot for most Main Street parades and events! This apartment has a full kitchen, living room and bathroom and without a washer-dryer or dishwasher. Towels & bedding are provided, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook your daily meals. No pets, smokers, vaping in this building or about the exterior property and no parties. A nice place to enjoy all that the White Mountains has to offer in this freshly painted and renovated space while in keeping some of the vintage character! A casual clean and comfortable apartment awaits. The living room has a futon and the tv is ROKU equipped and air conditioning is offered between July and September months.
