With warm hardwood floors and design inspiration drawn from Mediterranean and Central American travels, the home invites you to slow down and soak it all in. Best of all, the open flow between the kitchen, living room, outdoor kitchen, and pool makes enjoying the spacious backyard effortless—whether you’re entertaining friends or unwinding after a day on SoCo. Step inside to a fully renovated, sun-filled kitchen centered around a spacious island—perfect for gathering and cooking together. It’s stocked with everyday essentials plus extras for foodies and aspiring chefs: an espresso machine, high-end blender, KitchenAid mixer, panini press, and more. A custom oak dining table with benches seats six, and four barstools are also available for enjoying all the kitchen action. Outdoors, you’ll find a gas grill, smoker, small refrigerator, and weatherproof TV. An infrared sauna is also available for use in the backyard. The pool can be heated in cooler months, and three resort-style loungers plus four outdoor chairs make it easy to relax and hang alfresco. The living room connects directly to the kitchen and includes a cozy gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, 70” TV, and Sonos surround sound—ideal for gathering. Also downstairs are two separate offices, each with a desk and commercial-grade hardwired internet, making it a great home base for remote work or longer stays. One office features a standing desk and double doors that open directly to the backyard—perfect for fresh air and mid-day inspiration—while the other includes a custom coffee bar to keep you fueled throughout the day.
