WARAGIL COTTAGE - ORIGINAL SETTLER'S HOME There is No Television or WiFi at Waragil Cottage. enjoy the serenity! Waragil Cottage is a heritage-listed home, being the original settler's cottage of that area in Blackheath in the 1800's. The cottage has preserved some of its earliest features and charm that harmonises with the modern comforts of a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Being very quaint, Waragil Cottage adorns high ceilings, carpet in the bedrooms, floorboards throughout maion areas and is full of spacious nooks to divide your time meandering through the house. There are two large bedrooms and a sunroom, two lounge rooms, and two dining rooms. In winter, Waragil Cottage offers a roaring gas log fireplace in the heart of the home and several heaters for other rooms. The front porch, with a north-east aspect, is a great place for sunny breakfasts and the rear sun-room gathers the heat in the afternoon. Meander through the beautiful private gardens and find the tree swing in the large fenced backyard, that is perfect for families with children. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is within walking distance of Waragil Cottage and is only a few minutes walk from the train station. FEES Base Tariff includes 4 people and extra guests are charged an extra fee per person, per night. Pet Fees are applicable and are applied separately and in addition to the online booking total. Pets are $10 per pet, per night. PAYMENT POLICY Bookings are only confirmed once a minimum deposit of 50% is paid 30 days or greater to the arrival booking date. The balance payment plus the refundable security bond are due 30 days to the arrival booking date. Full payment plus the refundable security bond are required when booked less than 30 days to the arrival booking date. Please note that all payments processed by Accommodated are subject to a 2.9% payment gateway transaction fee. Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement. By making payment/s for your booking it is deemed you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. Bond refunds are processed 7 days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations 60 days or greater to the arrival date, incur a $5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee. Cancellations 30 - 59 days to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full tariff. Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the full tariff. If the person who booked is prohibited by law to travel due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to a year in advance, with one free date change. Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of any events, functions, booked activities, or any other changed circumstances guests may experience and as such any cancellations due to the above mentioned issues, will be governed by our cancellation policy.
