The location is perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of city life (no parties here) and traffic. 29 Pleasant View is a great place to escape to with the older family, bring the kayak as there is direct access to the water, no fences or gates to lock you in (vigilance with small children essential!). And the boat ramp is only100mtrs down the road - that means easy access to all those waterways - 'let's go fishing!!' This is nature calling at it's best.
