Its screened porch will allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors at all times. Facing South, you enjoy beautiful light all day long and spectacular sunsets.
The clear shallow water is ideal for families with young children and a paradise for kitesurfing, paddleboarding and kayaking. Be aware that seaweed on the shore comes and goes depending on wind directions and tides. This property is located only 7 minutes (4.5km) from the beautiful Cabot Beach Provincial Park where you will find Prince Edward Island's most beaufiful beach.
