Comes with paddle boards and kayak for exploring the lake. Home sits on 1 acre in a wooded neighborhood, with the public boat put-in down the road (annual boat launch pass at local marina). House has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, fully stocked kitchen and screened-in porch to relax and unwind. House has large fire pit area for relaxing nights after a day on the lake.
