Gorgeous lakeside executive home with private boat dock and 120 feet of waterfront. Views from every level of picturesque Lake Macatawa. Bring your own boat or enjoy a local rental and take advantage of direct access to this all sports lake which opens directly to Lake Michigan. Holland State Park is right across the channel and local beach access just a short drive away. Award winning downtown Holland is less than 5 miles along scenic South Shore Drive and offers world class dining, shopping, breweries and new dine in movie theatre. Saugatuck/Douglas is rich with galleries, unique dining options, entertainment and nationally recognized Oval Beach is less than 15 minutes away!
There is plenty of room for everyone to gather together or break away for quiet time. Four bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options and kids will love having the entire lower level to themselves with four twins and plenty of hang out space, full bath, second full kitchen and flat screen TV. Glass sliders lead to patio and firepit with cozy sectional right on Lake Macatawa.
The main level of the house has a cozy front bedroom with two extra long twin beds and TV that is located near the 1/2 bath. The living room and eat-in kitchen look out across the back of the house onto gorgeous 180 degree lake views; a formal dining room that seats 8 is ready for the adults to enjoy a quiet meal together. Meal prep is a snap in this all-new kitchen, perfect for those who love cooking, and large enough to share. Steps away from the kitchen on the large main level deck is a 3-burner gas grill and seating area for those perfect summer outdoor meals. The upper level of the house has three oversized bedrooms with king beds. A bonus room, shared bath, ensuite master bath and outdoor deck complete this floor.
In the lower level, there are four twin beds available.
Spend the day enjoying the lake, beaches and boat rides. Treat yourself to a fabulous dinner out or a cookout and wind down with a cocktail on the deck while watching the famous west Michigan sunset. This is what Lake Michigan vacations are all about!
