Enjoy your stay in this cozy mini house which is centrally located in Lake Granbury and short drive to historical downtown square. Built in 2022, very clean with full size sofa bed, kitchen and full bath downstairs . Upstairs loft height is 5.5 feet and has queen bed with great view of lake and twin trundle bed. Owner does lives on the grounds in a main house but it is separated by a fence. It is located in a gated community with marina & cafe within 1.5 mile

The space is apx 750 square feet with the downstairs height at 8 feet and upstairs height for sleeping at 5.5 feet.
Guest access
Mini house is located on the same premises as the owners but is separated by a fence. Drivers names will be added to the kiosk at the front gate of Indian Harbor and there will be a lockbox on the front door for access. You will park across the street and enter through an iron gate on the right side of the main house and walk around to the lake side. Owners have 2 friendly dogs in their side of the yard.
