Summary: We stayed for 3 nights. This was one of the better priced listings. The listing on Vrbo provides a floor plan indicating that 8 people would be pretty comfortably set up for the stay. However, the owner indicated after the first installment that the twin beds on the middle floor were not twin beds but wide couches. The owner was available throughout the process before the trip to ask any questions and provided a personal number. There were no significant questions before the trip. There was a separate agreement to sign before the trip. There are a few areas on the agreement to review. Make sure you compare the agreement to the original listing. There appeared to be a discrepancy in how many could stay in one form versus another. The time of the year we went was May and it was supposed to have been a warmer weather, but it was rainy and cooler than usual. So that meant the heat had to be on in the house. However, some areas of the house would get very warm, and some rooms don't allow for air flow when closed. The freezer worked on and off. However, the owner after the stay demonstrated via video that it worked fine. Middle floor shower had black little grains come out and water was a little colored in that bathroom. The place situated very close to the village and hiking trails which was very nice. Parking at the house is described as being open for 4 cars. However, the only way to fit 4 cars will cause one end to be to close to the road. Park parallel - 2 cars.
