The main level of the home contains a front room with a workstation and a comfortable pull-out (Queen) couch. The half bath can also serve guests staying on the main level. The living area has a breakfast nook that seats two, a dining table that seats six, and a counter that seats three. The living room contains a TV, gas fireplace, couch, swivel chair, and leather recliner, perfect for a nap or glass of wine. The area also contains a bar cart with wheels, which can double as a serving area. The kitchen serves as your home-away-from-home with modern appliances and all of the amenities of your kitchen. The upper level contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two additional bedrooms each contain a TV and a bunk bed, which sleeps three—two twins and one full. The bunk beds also contain drawers in the stairs, so storage won’t be an issue. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub. The second level also contains a full Samsung front-load washer and dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
The property also has a screened porch and fan for outdoor eating and comfort. You can also slide into Adirondack chairs on the paver patio. You can enjoy a game of cornhole, outdoor checkers, and additional games. Wave Haven has a detached garage with two bays and two additional parking spots in front of the property.
