This property has all the grace of yesteryear with the sophistication of today. Waverly Place sleeps 8 within three (3) bedrooms. It has two full washrooms and parking for four cars.
There's a fire pit, gas fireplace, split duct air conditioning, laundry, claw foot tub, and two fridges. Well, three fridges really if you count the mini-fridge in one of the bedrooms.
You'll enjoy the evenings fully as the back porch with lounge seating and a dining table, is screened in to keep the bugs at bay.
