The superbly furnished home with large backyard, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and gym. Two houses had been connected together to make up a single sophisticated place with almost 6,500 sq. ft. of living space. Two grand pianos and two fire places. Up to 4 cars outside parking space and 2 cars inside the garage. Bosch washer, dryer and dish washer. Water softener system. All high end electrical appliances. Wet bar with the wine cooler. Meticulously landscaped and night lighted. Living tree inside the house. Beautiful lighted swimming pool in the large backyard. Next to this house there is another property Impeccably maintained and furnished. Gracious home for entertaining with gorgeous foyer that flows through the center of the home opening to large dining room, wet bar and family room. Commercial grade Sub Zero Wolf kitchen and bar appliances with oversized center island. All floors are granite. Wide rosewood staircase is leading to a second floor loft with two beds and another wet bar and a Sub Zero refrigerator. Heated seat bathroom.
Spacious four bedroom house with high ceilings living room, kitchen island with top appliances such as electric stove, convection and microwave ovens by Sub-Zero Woolf. Modern wet bar and a wine rack.
Each bedroom has Queen size bed with its own WiFi connection. One bedroom has two Queen size beds.
The AC is Nest Smart Control. If your doors are open it will turn AC off and then into Eco mode. Please make sure all doors (front, garage and sliding to exit to the backyard) are closed as soon as you used them.

This house has a Nest controlled AC. If you leave you door open for a short or prolonged time it’s turned off and later gets back in an Eco mode which is 78. Please try to keep all door (sliding and the front and a garage door closed.
Outside there is a charcoal grills. Wonderfully landscaped backyard with lighted swimming pool.
I recently added two ADT security cameras for external surveillance, one facing the front of the house the other facing the backyard and pool. . Extra $1,500 security deposit is required .
Swimming pool is a kidney shaped with a diving board. to heat swimming pool $300 to heat and turn on Jacuzzi $150. Great grill for cooking outside.
Both properties will accommodate over 20 guests. Truly luxurious.
You are only a short drive from great Museum District with Rothko Chapel near by, Theater District with great Alley Theater and Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, NASA is a bit further but certainly is worth the trip. And of course kids would love Kemah and Galveston with Schlitterbahn and great fun at the sea.
