Welcome to the spacious front yard and backyard, parking space for 5 cars, spacious living room, automatic first class sofa, large LCD TV, dining room for many people, large master bedroom, double bathroom experience. The whole house is equipped with luxury appliances and furniture for a comfortable and luxurious experience.
Our home is located in the City of Lake Elsinore. The panoramic view from the North facing rear of our home is spectacular, overlooking Canyon Lake and with Mount San Gorgonio North of San Bernardino and Mount San Jacinto to the East bordering Palm Springs. Lake Elsinore's new logo “Dream Extreme" aptly describes the activities here. With Boating and Water Sports, Skydiving, Motocross Park, Casino, Historic Olde Town, Outlets for shopping 5 minute away, and more, this is the place to go! Also, close by, is the City of Temecula, noted for its Olde Town with many shops, great restaurants, and Classic Car Shows from time to time. Wine Country in Temecula provides Wine Tasting tours and Hot Air Balloon Rides. And don't forget the Pechanga Casino. Great shows, restaurants, and gambling! House Rules Please respect our home and the rules provided below to ensure your stay is pleasant for all parties. Most rules are common courtesy and general respect of the property, however, some are in place to provide safe environments for patrons, children and neighbors. This is your home too temporarily, we want you to enjoy your stay. Thank you, Rico & Elaina Inside: • Our listing states that there is a security camera in the main living area. It is in place for guest and home security, please do no tamper with or unplug. Unplugging/Tampering with/Covering will result in guests removal of property without a refund. • When possible, please remove shoes prior to entering carpeted area upstairs Outside: Parking- street sweeper is every 2nd & 4th Monday of the month (the city will cite you if you are parked in the street on those days) 3. Trash- please throw out all trash to the receptacles on the side of the house in front upon checkout. Cleanliness: 1. Kitchen- Any dishes used should be washed (dish soap is provided) and counters should be wiped down prior to check out. Any food or perishables should be thrown out prior to checkout. Please do not leave any open food in the cupboards or refrigerator, this will draw ants in and you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $200+. Please wash any dishes used. 2. Bathrooms- all towels can be left in laundry room at the end of your stay. Additional towels, linens used outside of total guest count use will result in additional cleaning fees of $200. 3. Bedrooms- no need to remove sheets or blanket, the cleaning crew will take care of this 4. Loft- please refrain from taking food or beverages to this area, since it is carpeted any damage will result in additional cleaning fees for the guest.
Home Away from Home is a year-round vacation home, so guests have run of the house. There is driveway and street parking (no garage access). The kitchen is stocked with essentials like pots/pans, utensils, cooking oil, salt/pepper. Enjoy the BBQ and patio in the backyard. There is a kitchen island and open concept dining area to enjoy family time and patio dining as well. **Long term rentals are accepted; however, renter agrees to pay utilities for stays longer than 30 days. This includes water, gas, electricity, trash, and WIFI with fees to be requested through Airbnb. You will be provided with a copy of the utility usage.
