Welcome to Dragonfly Hill. This stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home situated on 3 private acres with 600 ft of frontage and private gazebo on the Muskoka River is the perfect spot for your summer and winter Muskoka Getaway.
The Chefs kitchen, complete with a walk-in pantry, center Island with a countertop propane stove plus a hidden fan exhaust, two drawer style dishwashers, built in microwave, oven and wine cooler all create the perfect setting for entertaining your family and friends. The 3-season Muskoka Room off the kitchen offers ample seating to enjoy meals while looking out over the river. The dining room area situated beautifully between the kitchen and the living room also offers seating for 8 people. You can walk out from the kitchen to the balcony where you can sit and enjoy an evening cocktail, watch the dragonflies as they dance in the sky and enjoy the river view.
The main floor Primary bedroom has a split king adjustable bed, generous sized ensuite and walkout to the balcony overlooking the river where you can enjoy your morning beverage.
The lower-level hosts two bedrooms with a 4-piece bathroom, as well as a beautiful billiards table and ample room to play board games, read a book or just relax in style.
Above the attached garage is a 1-bedroom apartment. Here you will find a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, stackable laundry, electric fireplace, and space for 4 people to sleep comfortably as the pull-out couch converts to a queen-sized bed as well.
Boat to the town of Bracebridge in only 20-minutes or drive there in 5 minutes. Bracebridge offers various restaurants, attractions, and events all year round. If you love paddling the rivers and lakes in the Spring, Summer and Fall, this location is perfect for you. You may also like to take a day trip out on your boat, and you will find that Lake Muskoka is only 30 minutes away. In the winter you can find yourself surrounded by twinkling lights in the incredible Winter Village located in the centre of the town. Here they offer day and night skating around Memorial Park. You may also like to enjoy outdoor skating at Annie Williams Park on the Muskoka River or snowshoeing and fat biking the Riverside Trails. There are also some great Nordic Trails located in Gravenhurst which is approximately 20 minutes away from Dragonfly Hill. The Bracebridge Santa Claus Parade is a wonderful event for all those young at heart and the memorable Fire and Ice Festival encompasses all the traits of a traditional winter carnival.

Please note the Muskoka Lakes Township noise by-law applies between 11 p.m and 7 a.m. and can be enforced for noises which disturb the peace of other residents, including: loud music, engines and shouting. Please be mindful of the noise.

There is no daytime burning permitted on Muskoka lakes. It is the guest’s responsibility to check updated fire bans and use only designated fire pit(s). Please ensure you fully extinguish the fire. No fire is to be left unattended at any time. Please avoid having fires on windy days
