Located on the main channel of Smith Lake, this 6 bedroom home features, amazing views, an open floor plan, a boat house and swim platform. Only 1.2 hours from Birmingham, 2.5 hours from Nashville or 3.5 from Atlanta or Memphis! The home boasts hardwood floors throughout, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful french doors from the living room to the back deck, gorgeous stone, wood burning fireplace and so much more. The exterior features include convenient access to the water with levels of decking, and outdoor stone firepit, pergola and views galore! Double screened porches also overlook the gorgeous views of the lake. Come relax on the upstairs porch bed swing and enjoy the views!
Comfortably sleeps 15 in beds. Max occupancy is 15. Master bedroom with King bed on the main level. Another Full bath off the living room. Upstairs you’ll find a queen bedroom, king bedroom, hall bath along with a kid/teen hangout room with 4 built in bunk beds- 2 twins & 2 twin XLs. Walk up the stairs to the guest house for 2 more bedrooms & full bathrooms! One with a king bed and one with a queen & twin. More photos coming soon!

We have a swim platform for you to enjoy during your stay as well as one open boat slip if you decide to rent or bring your boat with you during your vacation. Boat Launch Access around the corner in our neighborhood.
We are on the main channel of the lake but as Alabama Power controls the levels of the lake we cannot guarantee the depth of water at the dock at all times of the year.
WIFI: Our house has Fiber internet & great wifi!
NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties are allowed. Violation will result in eviction. There are 3 exterior ring cameras on the property but no interior cameras.
