Welcome to The Sandbar! Affordable 3 bedroom 1.5 bath duplex with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing island vacation. The Sandbar is located on a quiet lane on quaint Chincoteague Island VA and is just a short drive to Assateague Island National Seashore with beautiful beaches, nature trails, lighthouse, and wild ponies! Catch peekaboo glimpses of Little Oyster Bay from the front deck, enjoy the large yard, well-equipped kitchen, rear deck with dining table, outdoor shower and large family room. The Sandbar is close to the Fir Landing and Gary Howard Seafood, a local favorite, is also close by.
There is one bedroom and a half bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and full bath on the second floor.
Enjoy a drive through adorable downtown Chincoteague with great shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and gorgeous sunsets!
