This is a share house with the host and 1 dog. Our guests are provided the whole top floor of our house - 4 private bedrooms, 1 private bathroom, located in beautiful East Launceston. We only take 1 booking at a time so your group (up to 9 people) will have total privacy upstairs. The bed configuration upstairs means there are enough beds for 9 people to stay (4 x queens & 1 x single). Free Wifi, Stan & Netflix. Kitchen, lounge, dining room & 2nd bathroom (all downstairs) are shared with us. Our dog, Olive (13 years old) is people friendly and we will keep her away from the upstairs area & guests, however, she does share the house with us. Boasting 207 m2 of space, the house has very generous living areas. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms & 1 smaller bedroom; 3 of which have smart tvs with internet connection. The bed configuration means there are enough beds for 9 people to stay upstairs (4 x queens & 1 x single). There is also a formal dining area with wine racks to hold your purchases from the wineries during the day. Of course, Dalhousie comes with wine glasses and a corkscrew to help you enjoy the fruits of your Tasmanian adventure. It has lots of character combined with modern decor and has all modern conveniences including smart TVs and fibre to the home NBN for users convenience. Perfect for researching and planning the next days adventures. Stan and Netflix are available free of charge. The house sits high on the street and has beautiful views of the Ben Lomond mountain range. Located just minutes from Launceston CBD with it's fabulous restaurants, parks and cultural experiences. Also close by are the Inveresk precinct and the University of Tasmania stadium where you can see the Hawks play. Dalhousie is the perfect base for you to explore the Tamar valley wineries, world heritage listed Cradle Mountain or perhaps even a game of golf at the world famous Barnbougle Dunes golf course. Spoil yourself with a visit to lovely Dalhousie; it's fabulous. The minimum stay is 1 night and maximum stay is 28 days. We do not take 3rd party bookings.
