The original home was built circa 1900 and tastefully expanded over the generations to its current 2300 sq ft of country charm. With three bedrooms, two baths, a beautiful porch, stamped concrete patio with a firepit on four lush acres, the property is entirely private yet close to Western New York's two best premier ski destinations (Holiday Valley and Holimont), the quaint Village of Ellicottville and the nearby Seneca Allegany Casino.
The first-floor Master Bedroom has a beautiful king bed with a Sleep Number Mattress. The Master bedroom is adjacent to the main bath featuring a hand-laid brick soaking tub and vanity with dual sinks. Upstairs is a queen size bedroom, a smaller bedroom with a full-size bed, and a loft overlooking the family room/kitchen outfitted with comfortable twin beds. The upstairs has a shared bath with a stall shower.
Each bed throughout the house features quality comforters and many pillows.
There is a great chef's kitchen with a cooktop stove and a glass cooktop on the island, a microwave, a dishwasher, a standard oven, a convection wall oven, and tons of storage space. The family room features a wood-burning stove, leather furniture, and a 55" 4K Ultra HD TV with Soundbar and Direct TV Satellite programming. The dining table can seat eight people comfortably. The lounge features a gas stove and bar area overlooking the backyard pond. The lounge also has a futon that converts to a full-size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a 32" LED TV.
There is Armstrong Fiber internet with Wi-fi internet throughout the house, and the family room TV includes a DVD player. (Note on the TV; it's straightforward to hook a laptop to the TV using the HDMI port to expand your entertainment options).
Outside you will find a wrap-around deck with Polywood gliders to enjoy your morning coffee. End your evening on the stamped concrete patio watching the sunset over the pond and the valley on the stamped concrete patio. After sunset, family and friends gather around the wood-burning firepit.

So that you know, the house you are staying in is our home, away from home. You may find a few of our belongings in the house, although only a few -- all drawers and closets are cleared out for guests.
Additionally, the house is antique and worn in some spots, so it will not be pristine like a new hotel. If you want a "new" experience, this is not the house for you. However, the home is well cared for and professionally cleaned before each guest arrives. We are sure you will be pleased with the results and look forward to welcoming you to Windsor Castle!
We have convenient paved parking for up to six vehicles that will allow ingress and egress. More cars can fit but would need to be moved around for entry and exit.
