Step into our bright and spacious open-concept living room, featuring stunning triple-pane windows that flood the space with Texas sunshine. Sink into our plush, comfortable sofas and snuggle up with a cozy blanket while enjoying your favorite shows and movies on our large-screen streaming service.
Whether you're winding down after a long day of sightseeing or just relaxing with friends and family, our indoor living area is the perfect place to unwind. So kick back, relax, and make yourself at home in our cozy and inviting space!
Cooking & dining:
If you love to cook, you'll feel right at home in our fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-quality stainless steel appliances, drip coffee machine, bullet blender, Pioneer Woman pots and pans, herbs, spices, and much more.
Our massive granite island is the perfect place to gather with friends and family, whether you're prepping a meal or just hanging out. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats six adults and is flooded with natural light from the large glass doors, creating a serene atmosphere for enjoying meals with loved ones.
And don't worry about the little ones – we provide a new modern high chair so that even parents can enjoy their meal without worry. So come on in, get cooking, and make yourself at home in our beautiful and functional cooking and dining area!
Sleeping Accommodations/Bathrooms:
Our home comfortably sleeps up to eight adults, with four spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms to choose from. The primary bedroom suite features a luxurious king-sized Nectar mattress and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a restful and private retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.
The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized Nectar mattress and a big 50" Roku TV for your viewing pleasure, while the third bedroom provides another cozy queen-sized Nectar mattress for a peaceful night's sleep.
The third bedroom has a nice Nectar queen mattress as well, and gets less sun in the morning so it's even easier to enjoy a morning of sleeping in.
The fourth bedroom, or West Wing room, is located on the opposite side of the house for maximum seclusion and privacy. While it doesn't have a bathroom right next to it, that just means you won't be disturbed by flushing toilets or doors opening and closing during the night. This room does get a little chillier in the winter, but don't worry – we provide warm duvets and plenty of cozy blankets to keep you comfortable. And with its own AC unit, you can control the temperature to your liking during the hot summer months.
For larger groups or families, we also provide a large queen-sized air mattress that can be easily inflated and placed in any room of the house. So whether you're traveling with a big group of friends or just looking for a comfortable family getaway, our sleeping accommodations have everything you need for a restful and rejuvenating stay
Outdoor Living Areas:
Escape to a backyard oasis with a stunning gated pool, perfect for soaking up the sun or taking a refreshing dip. Gather around the smokeless fire pit for cozy evenings with friends and family. Enjoy games like bocce ball or corn hole on the lush lawn. As night falls, the twinkling cafe lights create a magical atmosphere. Enjoy the mounted TV for a fun outdoor movie night. It's the ultimate outdoor retreat for relaxation and fun!
Guests can access the home through a digital keypad on the front door. The guests will be issued a door code prior to their arriving at the home. The code is valid from check-in until the time of checkout.
The driveway offers plenty of parking for at least two vehicles and on the street for one or two more vehicles if needed.
The host will be available 24/7 via text or call, and will respond as quickly as possible to any of your needs or questions.
