Welcome to Wirt Every Penny located in The Town of Colonial Beach where you meet comfort, quaintness and Beach Vibe Fun for ALL Ages ! Our Modern Luxury Home will impress you from the views from the back covered porch, the comfort and design of the decor to all of the amenities.
This home is new to VRBO, but not new to hosting vacation guests. We are excited to have joined the expertise of a Local Property Management Host that is on site for all your vacation services, local communication and assistance with Town and Home Amenities. Our home has successfully experienced 5 Star Top Ratings in 2023 for our cleanliness, amenities, location and modern comfort.
We look forward to your stay and Welcome you back with us here at "Wirt" Every Penny ! We provide a welcoming and comfortable experience to our Beautiful Home. The Views of The Potomac River and Short walks to the Beach will relax you and offer Town Entertainment with Live Music, Dining and Boutique Shopping just minutes away. We are a golf cart community where you can reserve your golf cart for your stay. We are nestled into a family neighborhood on a corner lot, just one block from the River.
Our new custom-built Home will be your own Private Oasis during your stay where you will enjoy the views and the breeze from the spacious back deck, you'll love relaxing outside under the covered deck where there is ample seating and an area to enjoy crabs out doors.
The yard offers a grilling area, area to wash off the sand from your toes and a comfortable spot to enjoy an outdoor fire in the fire pit. The Shed will provide you with a Beach Bike and games for the yard !
Inside you'll find comfortable seating for everyone with quality designed furnishings, central AC and Heat.
The Kitchen inside includes a well equipped coffee bar for the coffee lovers in your Family and a Beautiful oversized white quartz island and modern furnishings to make it comfortable to host and prepare meals without missing a fun conversation.
You'll rest comfortably in one of the 3 bedrooms with each having their own private bathrooms: 1 king, 2 queens with a sitting area in the Main Level Primary Bedroom.
We have added bedding and seating for your Toddlers that will include a pack and play and high chair.
The linens are included for each of the Bedrooms, Towels included in each Bathroom to include your soaps, shampoo, conditioner, paper products and hair dryer!
You will find all the comforts of HOME here at Wirt Every Penny - Just bring your swim wear and your water toys ! The Town boat ramp is minutes away for the water enthusiasts that provides ample parking for boat trailers.
You will find your check in and departure communication delivered electronically and your Host direct connect number will be provided once your reservation has been accepted.
