This rental is a full 3 bedroom house on a private wooded 5 acre lot and is set off the road. The perfect getaway for a large group to enjoy winter and summer activities. The driveway is long and there is ample parking.
Outside you will enjoy a view of the woods from the patio table next to the chiminea. Also available on the patio is a gas grill. The yard features a fire pit, outdoor play ground and swings. Please note the yard is not fenced in but is bordered by woods. Hand saw and ax will be provided and you can gather all the firewood you need.
Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen to include a keurig coffee maker with pods and all the implements you need to make yummy food if you choose to eat at home. The dining table with leaf in, seats 10 people.
The living room has a bar area as well as plenty of comfy seating, to include a futon should you need more sleeping areas. There is a 50" smart TV.
All three bedrooms are larger than normal and all have memory foam mattresses. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed, a smart TV and a beautiful electric fireplace. One bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, the other has a king bed and twin bunk beds. Additionally, there is a queen airbed with a memory foam mattress that will fit in any of the rooms. In total, 11 people can sleep comfortably.
There is one bathroom upstairs with a bathtub and one bathroom downstairs with a shower. Downstairs there is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Chairs, tables and tents for outdoor events are available for an additional charge.
