Designed and built in the 1970's by Tulsa architects Jim Graber and Blaine Imel, this museum-like home is situated in secluded rolling hills and features an upstairs kitchen, large "Great Room", vintage wine-cellar, open & fully stocked kitchen, glass bridge, walk-in shower, huge tubs for bathing, and floor-to-ceiling windows for spectacular views of the beautifully wooded 1+ acre grounds. The home has recently been updated to add modern amenities while saving the eclectic feel of the 70's.
The vibe is particularly unique with Art Deco/mid-century inspirations. You won't find more serenity midst the city, than you will hidden in this hilltop neighborhood!
Note that the home has open stairs which may be difficult for people with limited mobility or young children.
Entire home will be open to guests. Guests are not allowed to host PARTIES OR GATHERINGS of ANY SORT.
