Positive: The house itself was very nice inside. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. The appliances were great. Several beaches were a short drive away, but most were not in walking distance. The room setup for kids was great. It included toys and books. Our 5 year old loved the box of Legos. Some of us made use of the Harbor Club; that was a nice perk.
Negative: 1.We were given a code to get in, but the key pad wasn't functioning at all. We had to call the customer service #, who directed us to open a lock box to get a key to open the door. That worked, With some fiddling, the keypad also began to work - some of the time! 2. There was no yard to speak of, and not much of a porch. The back deck with the grill was very small. In other words, this was not a good choice if you wanted to enjoy the outside. We had one child with us, with no place to play except to drive to a playground. 3. We were told that there was limited parking. Thankfully, we we all came is just three cars. We were also told we could park in the garage but that was not the case. The garage was very small and it had stuff in it. Thankfully, there was an empty lot next to our unit. 4. There was no can opener on site. We had to buy one.
Summary: Nice new comfortable home a short drive from several beaches.
