Summary: Smooth checking and nice to have access to apartment upon arrival rather than wait until the later check in time. Apartment was comfortable. Nice bonus was housekeeping, which I forgot was included. The second bedroom, as described by owner does not have a/c but has a floor fan. ( I had a cold so slept there for several nights so as not to disturb my husband). It was more than fine in terms of temperature. Nice beach right across the street with plenty of shade, if desired. Owner sent along some wonderful recommendations for restaurants, beaches, taxis, groceries. Very helpful.
