Positive: The apartment itself was fantastic spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. It offered plenty of room for the kids to move around comfortably, which made a big difference during our two-week stay. The layout was well thought out, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, making it easy to prepare meals without any hassle. The inclusion of basic spices was a thoughtful touch that added a bit of convenience and homeliness. The beds were excellent: large, clean, and genuinely comfortable. After long days out, it was great to come back and get a good night’s sleep. Connecting to the Wi-Fi was quick and straightforward, and finding the keys on arrival was simple and stress-free. Overall, the apartment delivered on comfort, cleanliness, and practicality, a great base for a family holiday.
Negative: We stayed for two weeks and while the apartment itself was modern and well-equipped, several aspects of the experience fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, we didn’t have access to a dedicated parking space, which meant parking off-road in the open sun, not ideal, especially with three kids in tow. The pool was a major reason we chose this property, but it was dirty upon arrival and only cleaned after four days. The surrounding pool area also felt neglected and in need of maintenance. There was no parasol or shaded area for the children, which made it difficult to enjoy the space safely. The sunbeds were damaged, and the poolside toilets weren’t functioning properly all of which added to the discomfort. Overall, the pool experience was disappointing. Security was another concern. The front door to the building was left wide open throughout our stay. A coded entry system for the lobby would be a much safer and more reassuring solution. With a few improvements especially around the pool, maintenance, and security this could be a much more enjoyable stay.
