Central air-conditioning with ceiling fans in master bedroom and living room. Gleaming tile floors throughout. Sip coffee while sitting in the covered patio with new outdoor-rated ceiling fan. One car carport and room for additional car in spacious driveway.
Ideal for nature lovers, snowbirds, wine tasters, and golfers who enjoy palm trees and desert sunsets as well as the distant snowcapped mountains visible from the family room window. Or, enjoy relaxing with the newspaper and your morning coffee on the lanai.

Summary: We chose this property as we were first time snowbirders and felt that being in a senior community that was close to many activities and shopping would be best for us. This site is an hour away from San Diego, many beaches, Palm Springs and Disneyland which was an added bonus. There are also nice parks and restaurants in the area. This property is clean and the area generally is quiet. Our only concern was that some of the small appliances and cookware are old and bath towels and linens need to be replaced. Also unfortunately during the last month of our stay the HOA spray and killed the grass and tore up the front yards on the street to replace with water saving materials while at the same time cut trees and limbs in the backyard/patio area which made it too noisy and unusable.
