Yew Tree Cottage is perfectly located within easy reach of three iconic coastal towns – Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. Each has its own character, and all have gorgeous white sandy beaches and wonderful, quirky boutique and antique shops, award winning cafes and restaurants and exciting independent art galleries. The cottage has been recently renovated into a wonderful, comfortable holiday home. Spacious and light, with a lovely garden and large driveway, it really is the perfect place for families and friends to relax and enjoy the area. The sitting room is cosy with a wood burner and leads to the sunny garden room which is perfect for viewing the wonderful sunsets over this part of the Kent coast whilst enjoying a sundowner. The kitchen / diner is well equipped and there are four bedrooms with one ensuite and a family bathroom. Outside the large, enclosed garden has a patio area, and lawn and a pond which is secured with a safety grid. The driveway has ample parking for four cars.
