The best part you get is to stay in the gold studio! Your space will have great amenities as a perfect and convenient stopover for road trippers, business people, and couples. The balcony is the cherry on top.
You can’t go wrong with this location! The most central location is right in the heart of downtown. About a 10-15 minute walk from everything you want to see. It’s within walking distance to things like Donut Bar and The Taco Stand, which are good quick eats.
The studio has everything you need, and the design and decorations have a very nice and unique touch.
Your one-of-a-kind private cozy place is full of details to make memories that will last for years. Welcome to your private entrance cozy place with a private bathroom with a shower, a queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, Flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and AC. (NO KITCHEN!)
Guests will have access to their studio with a private entrance and bathroom, also access to all the common spaces, including the laundry room, backyard, etc.
If you need to store luggage before or after your check-out, I have luggage storage for your bags.

Cortez Hill is truly incredible. It sits at the top of a hill that only spans about 2 blocks, lending itself to spectacular views, a clean and safe neighborhood, and a quick route to visit other areas in the city.
The immediate 2 blocks are also super convenient. There's an amazing coffee shop, Achilles, a dry cleaning place, a yoga studio (Thursday walk-ins right now for $5 at 9 am), and a quickie mart that has all sorts of "oops, I forgot" travel items, beverages, wine/beer, frozen food, some produce, and small snacks.
Beyond the 2 blocks, We are SO CLOSE to all the action while not being immersed in it directly.

- There are rentable bikes and scooters EVERYWHERE in popular San Diego areas now - via an app called LIME Bikes, Ofo, Bird. You can ride them and leave them anywhere. Lots of tourists and locals are using them - they just arrived!
