Positive: The apartment was very clean, newly renovated, and had amazing views. The overall condition of the property was excellent.
Negative: Communication was disappointing. A management agency handled messages through Booking.com, responses were very slow, and the self check-in instructions were sent to the wrong email address. Our requests were mostly not answered. The kitchen was also very poorly equipped, with no basic essentials such as salt, sugar, or kitchen paper. The towels provided were smelly.
