Spanning approximately 1,600 sq. ft., this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is fully air-conditioned and offers a blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

East-facing private pool and jacuzzi/spa (heated by solar and electric – available for a daily fee)
Covered lanai with ample seating — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings
Direct access to the pool deck from both the master bedroom and bathroom
Bedroom Layout:
-Primary Suite: King bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate toilet — pool access
-Queen Bedroom: Comfortable and well-appointed with nightstands, dresser, and closet
-Twin Bedroom (Disney-themed): Fun for kids, includes nightstand, dresser, and closet
-Additional Twin Bedroom: Similar furnishings and layout
Second Bathroom: Tub/shower combo, single vanity, and toilet
Indoor Living:

🔑 Good to Know
The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll
*2 trash bags
*2 laundry pods
*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish detergent
*1 small hand soap per bathroom
-Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase: paper products, soaps, detergent, coffee, filters, etc.
-Daily maid service is not included. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.
-Pool and spa heating is optional and available for $ 30 per day.
-We're local and available by phone or in person should you need any assistance
🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
-No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated
-No Guns
-No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund
-No Parties or Events
-Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests
-Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
-Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening
We don't have a BBQ available but we'll provide you with addresses for rental companies, please note it's not allowed to use the BBQ indoors and within the pool enclosure.
