Welcome to our beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condominium! Large spacious sofa, big screen TV, dining area spacious to seat 8 comfortably with a well stocked kitchen. Our master bedroom features an en-suite with separate jetted tub and shower, granite counter-tops. The 2 guest rooms feature a queen and 2 twin beds. We hope you enjoy our little piece of paradise in Naples... walking distance to the pools and Blue Water Grille while also enjoying views of the tennis courts from our balcony! The resort itself is spread out over 22 acres. The Hotel Marina side and the Cottages and Club facilities, which include a spa, gym, three crystal clear pools, a lazy river, and hot tubs. If you are looking for some quiet time, there is an adult only pool area. The pools have a great sun deck with plenty of chaise lounges dotted with umbrellas, or for a nominal fee you can reserve a Cabana for the day! The Blue Water Grille is a poolside bar & grill and is available for drinks and food throughout the day. The resort club portion also boasts a state of the art fitness center with top of the line equipment, various classes, spa, steam rooms, and sauna. There are also six lit har-tru tennis courts. Also as a guest at our condo, tee times can be arranged to some of the area's best private golf courses with a simple phone call to the concierge. The marina is a short stroll on palm tree line path. Charter a boat for some fishing of cruising around the bay. The bonefish grill restaurant and other shops are also located at the marina. The condo is located just a few minutes' walk to the famed downtown area of Naples (5th Avenue) with its world class shopping and dining. If you don't feel like walking or driving, just a simple phone call to the front desk can get you access to the free resort shuttle buses that services the downtown area and nearby beaches. Internet and Wifi are included. If you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation filled with an abundance of sunshine, stunning beaches, great food, shopping and a bit if nature, look no further.
