This beautiful old stone house is restored, warm and welcoming, offers you a beautiful interior, a covered terrace ideal for dining in the shade and a private pool.
The house is divided, the other part is unoccupied during your presence. You have a separate entrance and access to the private pool through a small gate with no view. This charming vacation home is very well equipped. The large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa upstairs is accessible via a slightly steep staircase. A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 more people on the first floor.
Explore the region on horseback thanks to the numerous equestrian centers, or take a car to discover the villages and the local gastronomy with foie gras or mushrooms in one of the good restaurants of the region.
Lac de Plaisance du Gers, 6 km away, is located on the banks of the Arros River with picnic tables, a refreshment bar, games for children and various summer activities on the lake or in the surrounding area.
There you will also find an 18-hole miniature golf course, a 9-lane swing golf course, a tennis court and a sports field. You can also fish there (swimming is prohibited).
The region is very lively in summer and you can participate in many festivals (Tempo Latino in Vic Fezensac, Jazz in Marciac, Country in Mirande). You are 20 km from Marciac and 60 km from Pau and Lourdes.
