WE WELCOME BUSINESS AND TRAVEL NURSES AS WELL AS WINE COUNTRY TOURISTS.
Cozy Clean Studio Apartment in Pinole with private entrance. We are tucked away on a hilltop with full access to enjoy our backyard garden patio with ocean views and colorful sunsets over the San Pablo Bay and Napa Valley. The unit is very clean, warm and quiet with quick access to the I-80, Old Town Pinole restaurants, cafes, farmers market, plentiful waterfront bayside hiking options and more .
We’ve hosted many nurses and business travelers who say our place was the cleanest they’ve encountered in the area.
The space:
We offer a full kitchen, comfy queen bed, 2 person dining table, lounge chair, closet space, all wood 6 drawer dresser, high speed wifi, SMART TV with ROKU streaming, and laundry access. We have central heat available for the winter months and a control remote ceiling fan for the warmer months. The bathroom has a bidet toilet and rain shower head. In 2021 we upgraded the unit with a skylight for better ambiance. We have a whole-house water filter so our water is extra pure.
This unit is very private so its perfect for couples, wine country tourists, business professionals, traveling nurses etc. Plenty of parking is available in our driveway or on the street. The neighborhood is very safe. If you are visiting friends and family in the area, you already know the lodging options are limited around here. This is a great way to be close but have your own space too.

Pinole is equidistantly located between the Napa Valley Wine Country (25 miles) and San Francisco (23 miles). Check out Pinole on a map to confirm. There is public bus line that stops once an hour on a nearby corner of our street with a Bus Terminal connection to a daily express bus to Downtown San Francisco. The nearest bart is a 12 minute drive or about 6 miles away.
We less than a mile (.8) walking distance to Old Town Pinole with small shops, bars and nice restaurants options like the buzzing Pear Tree Bistro, King Valley Chinese Restaurant with freshly made Dim Sum, and others. The trendy East Bay Coffee Company is a local highlight with high quality coffee and a lively co-working environment. There is a Trader Joes, Sprouts, Walgreens, Peets, Chipotle, MOD Pizza and more in the same area. There is also a Target, Best Buy, Subway, In and Out Burger, and more available 1 mile away in the other direction.
There are great bay waterfront hiking and biking areas in nearby Point Pinole Park, Pinole Shores, or Railroad Avenue in Hercules, all with stunning views of San Pablo Bay, Marin and Mt. Tamalpais in the distance. Glorious sunsets and refreshing bay breezes are part of the lifestyle around here.
Looking for off the beaten path gems that aren’t mentioned much in Bay Area Travel Guides? Check out the historic town of Crocket and Port costa with cute hilly streets and a throwback feel to a California from a half century ago. The Dead Fish restaurant in Crocket positioned over the bay with stunning waterfront views and the Warehouse Saloon in Port Costa offers 200 beers from around the world. There are deeper amazing hiking pockets in this area too. The historic town of Benicia across the bay is also a very notable day trip.
After a long day of sightseeing in SF, wine tasting in Napa, or enjoying the local hikes you can retire in our cozy studio apartment and rest up for your next days adventures. Our space is super clean, cozy and quiet and we’ve been told it is the cleanest they’ve seen in the area. The apartment in tastefully decorated and includes original numbered art from the early Silicon Valley TechCrunch era.
The entrance to the apartment is private and fully equipped with all the kitchen necessities, a full size refrigerator, range top stove, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. The bathroom includes a bidet toilet and the a rain shower with strong water pressure for comfort. We have a dedicated washing machine and dryer for our long term guests.
