Located just off Magazine Street and sandwiched directly between the world famous Garden District and the Hip and Trendy Irish Channel, the location does not get any better for those looking to immerse themselves in New Orleans culture and history. Live like a local in this walkable neighborhood with hundreds of popular bars, restaurants, and shops - all just steps away!
The recently renovated 2,000 SF apartment has an expansive kitchen with state of the art appliances and refined finishes, brand new furniture (including memory foam beds!), walk in-showers, a full service laundry, plenty of storage and tons of authentic New Orleans charm.
Features include red brick walls, heart of pine hardwood floors, 11’ ceilings, large living room windows, 10’ custom cypress bar and modern stone tiling throughout the bathrooms and kitchen, ceilings fans, central air and heating and original art by notable local artists.
The kitchen is complete with oven, gas stove, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, french press, blender, toaster, and ample custom wood counter space, an abundance of cabinets and it’s equipped with all the essential cookware.
High speed internet, Smart TV and an Apple TV to connect to Netflix, Hulu, etc. You can link your phone to the bluetooth enabled Sonos speaker system to listen to your own music.
All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and high thread count linens. The home sleeps many people comfortably with the following room accommodations:

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. After you enter on the first floor, there are 14 stairs that open up to the living area. The entire home and private balcony is for your exclusive use.
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, all you need is a code. There’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
The apartment is on the border of the Garden District and the hip Irish Channel, walking distance to many attractions. It's close to New Orleans' main commercial corridor of Magazine Street, and it's a leisurely streetcar ride to the French Quarter.
You can enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer in about a short 10 min Uber ride to Downtown NOLA, Bourbon Street, Smoothie King Arena, Mercedes Benz Superdome, The Convention Center, Frenchmen St, Marigny, French Market and more.
