Back patio. Sleeps 4. The house is 3 blocks off Magazine street with its many restaurants, bars, shops, coffeehouses and galleries. Minutes to Audubon Park, the Universities, the Parade Route, Downtown, the Superdome and the French Quarter. We're a block off Tchoupitoulas with the famous Tipitina's. Close to St. Charles streetcar and several bus lines. No cars needed! We're a great foodie location with dozens of restaurants within a few blocks and Rouse's supermarket close by. Two large bedrooms with queen beds. Also daybed. There's a fenced backyard to relax in with hammock, fire pit and grill. Has all new central air and heat, fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washer and dryer, gas range, microwave, 11 foot ceilings, WiFi.
