ABOUT THE HOME: 2 Palms Beach House is located in the quaint 30A community of Blue Mountain Beach and just a short walk to the beach. As you enter from the pool courtyard, you'll be amazed with the stunning wood beamed vaulted ceiling living space that is allowing the sunshine to flow in. The open concept kitchen, dining and living area with a gas fireplace and French doors, gives a coastal farmhouse chic feel. There are five bedrooms with one on the main floor and four upstairs including a bunk room, making this perfect for multigenerational and multi-family getaways.
ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach. The Blue Mountain community is known for having a quieter family atmosphere compared to some of the other communities but still provides ample restaurants, shops and activities.
BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights beach access is the closest to the home and just one street over and approximately 1800ft from the house. It has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season. From the house, turn left on 30A and left at Goatfeathers Seafood restaurant at Gulfview Heights street, then head to the end of the street.

• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
