Istrian stone villa, recently renovated, can accommodate 8 guests. It has 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with single beds. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining room and fireplace, separate living room with access to the lawn and bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as on the 2nd floor. From the second floor there is a beautiful sweeping sea view. Enjoy your free time with your family and friends in the games room with pool table, table tennis, table football, X-Box, karaoke and home cinema with over 400 of the latest films. The wellness area includes a whirlpool, a sauna with infrared light, a shower and a WC. The house is open to guests all year round.
The villa is located in central Istria, so all the destinations of the Istrian peninsula are only a 30-minute drive away, and attractions near the villa are within a radius of 30 km:

The islands are known for their beautiful Mediterranean vegetation including oaks, huckleberries, bushes, pines and cypresses, some of which form a park. Furthermore, on Brijuni you will find a safari park with many exotic animals, herbivores and numerous cultural monuments of the Romans and Byzantines.
