Summary: The second floor and location of unit was perfect. Our ages are 38,37,8, and 2; we were able to use the stairs and elevators. We never waited more than 3 minutes for an elevator. The room looked exactly like the pictures. Balcony view was amazing! There were brooms and dustpan available for all the sand that gets tracked inside. Room was ready right at 4:00 as stated. Resort: The cart check in and check out process was very nice to ensure you actually get a cart and don’t have to hunt one down. Security is pretty strict here, they check wrist bands often and ask kids to point out parents. They do stop you from using balls and floats in the pool area. The heated indoor pools were great for cool nights and mornings.Overall, we would stay at this resort and unit again. We had a great spring break.
